Most people don’t consider that they could take a private jet flight. For many, they seem too expensive or too out of reach. Some business travelers don’t even know that they can take a private jet flight to their destination, without the hassle of a regular airline! A private flight is the perfect accommodation for any traveler.

If you want to travel in style, then consider a private jet experience. These flights are lush and comfortable, with plenty of leg room and space for your belongings. That’s why so many travelers choose these when taking families on trips! There is never a lack of good quality space, and the meals are delicious too.

A jet will generally cost between the same costs as a regular flight, slightly less, or slightly more. The price variants are not extreme, but the comfort level is vastly different. Of course, a luxury private jet with very few people can run a bit more for executives and those looking for serious travel.

When you prepare to book a private jet flight, you must be aware of the system that most companies use. Generally you ask for a quote and give them your destination and requirements. After you get a quote you can go through with the rest of the booking process. Private jet flights may be subjected to cancellations, but if you are on important business, they probably wont be canceled.

One the major benefits are the ability to travel on short notice. If you need to book a flight as late as 4 hours before leaving, it is usually possible. Of course, you can also book whenever needed, but times and dates are generally flexible. There are tons of other benefits associated with using a private jet flight, all of which are impressive and enjoyable.

No matter where you are going or why, a private flight can make it more memorable. Many jet companies serve celebrities, sports stars, ambassadors, and world leaders. They also serve regular people that want to take a luxury flight to an important or special destination somewhere in the world. A private jet flight is suitable for families, executives, and those traveling alone.

Closing Comments

If you want a high class flight then a private jet has all you need. They are safer, more enjoyable, and certainly more relaxing than regular airlines of comparable cost. Many are equipped with everything you need for showers, sleeping, and simply kicking back and relaxing.

Should You Charter a Ship for Your Next Cruise Event?

It’s a well known fact that cruising for groups, meetings and incentives offers outstanding value with savings of up to 40 percent off land-based venues, but is it right for you? According to a recent report in Corporate Meetings & Incentives magazine, 34 percent of their readers had booked a cruise for an incentive event and an astonishing 72 percent said they planned to book one – an unmistakable indication of where the industry is moving.

If you are planning a group cruise for your next incentive travel event, you may be considering whether chartering a ship would be a more appropriate option than booking reservations on a cruise containing unaffiliated passengers. It may or may not be, contingent on a number of issues.

Basically, it is of great consequence to appreciate your choices. When chartering a cruise ship, you many times can decide between group, half-ship and full-ship charter options. Full ship charters unquestionably allow for the maximum freedom, customization, exclusivity and prestige, while group-level charters will in all likelihood be most low cost.

Every one of these choices has pros and cons; nonetheless, they each furnish individual advantages for those incentive planners deciding if chartering a cruise ship is their top option.

In order for chartering a cruise ship for your next meeting at sea to be a good goal, you will need to have a definite number of attendees, a good idea of your event space requirements and the funds to make a significant financial commitment upfront, usually guaranteed by a letter of credit.

When these things are in place, your next mission is discovering the best cruise ship to fit your conference needs. This will need to include appropriately-sized meeting spaces, overall costs that are within your planning budget, a suitable itinerary and an overall quality that suits the level of service and prestige required by your incentive cruise client.

Travel Insurance Quota: Tips On How To Earn Double Your Present Salary

As a sales person selling insurance to travelers you will want to at least meet your allotted travel insurance quote if not exceed it. The best way to achieve your objectives is to follow whatever useful tips you are able to find that should hopefully point you in the direction that will help you earn considerable amount of money. Only those sales persons that know the art of making a sale will be in a position to earn double what they normally earn. In fact, one point of curiosity for each travel insurance salesman is whether they can through dint of hard work learn how to earn in six figures.

Without a doubt, most sales persons that sell travel insurance are known to be more confused than clear about how to improve their selling abilities. Unless the fine art of salesmanship is mastered there is not much hope of achieving and exceeding quotas set by the management. This in turn means that you must be careful that you always let your client know how much you care for their well being and that you are not just a salesperson out to make a quick sale.

This means as a committed sales person you must ensure that you bring to the client all the promises that they have read about in the company brochures and also in the billboard advertisements. You should even consider selling your travel insurance policies in the same way that a fast food restaurant makes their hamburgers or to do the same things as are applicable when manufacturing widgets.

As a person with the job of selling travel insurance it is important that you do not succumb to the pressures that your seniors will be exerting on you to make more sales and that too in the shortest possible time.

There are fortunately many effective ways to increase your sales and so you have to look beyond simply handing your business cards to clients and ensuring that you are punctual in meeting with the client. These are obvious sales methods that will help you achieve a few minor successes but will not give you that six figure salary.

What you need to do is to do things in a way that you like and which helps in closing a deal. You should even use software that will help show you how to make more effective presentations and which helps to teach you how you can illustrate the benefits of the travel insurance policy that you are selling.

Once you get the hang of it, you should easily meet your travel insurance quota and also exceed it by a wide margin.

Hotel Facilities Vary Depending Upon the Service Level

Many people wonder why they get charged one rate at a Super 8. airport hotels and another at a Hilton when they are using nothing more than a bed. If that is the case, they may be staying at the wrong type of hotel facilities and could use a little guidance as to what to expect based on the top of property that they are staying. Lodging comes in three different tiers and each one of them is meant to service a specific market.

The lowest level of amenities will be received at extended stay properties. These are properties that are strictly meant for longer stays that will not cost as much money as any other type of hotel or motel. The reason the rates are so low is because they do not usually offer the types of amenities that people would generally expect from a hotel.

It is a rare extended stay property that will have a rate anywhere near $100/night. The longer the guest is staying, the more likely that the rate will be lower. For this generous rate, they get very little other than a bed and a parking spot. There will usually be laundry facilities of some type and maid service will be very limited.

One step up would be considered limited service properties. These are properties like the Garden Inn or Days Inn. Room rates are a little higher, but there is not much more in the way of the typical hotel amenities. Owners of these properties make some of the highest profits in the industry so you can expect them to be clean, but they will be run very tight.

Maid service in limited service properties will usually be a daily occurrence, unless they are at the bottom tier of the scale. They may even only offer it on request. While some of them offer meeting rooms and banquet space, it is very limited. There may or may not be a restaurant on property and will probably offer a continental breakfast for their guests.

The hotels with the best hotel facilities are known as full service hotels. For these amenities, the guest can expect to pay considerably more. A nice travel tip is to look for full service hotels that are surrounded by limited service hotels. They will have to drop their rates to stay competitive in their market.

Types of full service hotels would be properties such as Hilton and Marriott. They are typical of full service hotels in that they treat their VIP members like gold. Their highest levels can expect free breakfast, a welcome amenity, honor bar with free hours d’ oeuvres and express check ins. These types of properties are generally required to have a full service restaurant, health spa, snack shop along with high end banquet facilities.

If a travel is doing nothing more than sleeping in their room, why waste the money at a full service hotel. A place like the Garden Inn will still offer a free continental and a high level of service. When the guest wants to be pampered, pay the few extra dollars and take advantage of the hotel facilities that are offered.

Rio De Janerio Wins 2016 Summer Olympic Games

January 23, 2010 by Ross Everett

South America will host the Summer Olympic Games for the first time in 2016, as Rio De Janeiro, Brazil was awarded the honor on Friday. Rio beat out the US choice of Chicago, Illinois along with Tokyo, Japan and Madrid, Spain to earn the right to host the games. Despite a high pressure effort from the American power elite–including President Barak Obama and TV gabfest queen Oprah Winfrey–Chicago was the first city eliminated from contention.

Bookmakers offered odds on the host city choice, with Rio listed as second favorite at +200. Chicago had been the wagering favorite at most books, particularly after President Obama got involved personally in the US bid effort. Chicago was bet as high as a -300 favorite, while Madrid and Tokyo were priced in the +250 range. Some suggest that Tokyo didnt deserve to have such short odds, but was the beneficiary of regional pride from the notoriously enthusiastic betting population of Japan.

Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, President of Brazil, got the better of his US counterpart with a passionate speech that stood in marked contrast to Obamas typically baleful collection of talking points;

“It is a time to address this imbalance. It is time to light the Olympic cauldron in a tropical country.”

The Olympic committee was apparently swayed by this presentation and paid no mind to Rios many downsides. It is without a doubt the most dangerous of the finalist cities, where drug cartels and armed bands of thugs roam without impunity. Well do to Rio citizens are used to removing watches and jewelry before they drive anywhere lest they be targeted by carjacking brigands. Rios murder rate is also one of the highest in the world. Brazilian bid officials have stressed that security will be a priority at the games and it better be lest the Olympics turn into a bloodbath. For the time being, however, the mood in Rio was one of celebration with over 50,000 residents dancing and partying in the streets.

Some IOC members suggested that the summary dismissal of Chicagos bid was more of a rebuke of the notoriously corrupt USOC. The last two Olympics held in the US were tainted by crime and corruption. The’96 Atlanta Olympics were disrupted by a terrorist bombing, while the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Games were marred by a well known bribery and corruption scandal.

The Roughest Guide To Ibiza

Ibiza is the most western island of the Balearic Islands, and human habitation dates from at least 5000 BC. If all you know of Ibiza is the trashy TV show that play on Satellite TV then you’re in for a bit of a pleasant surprise when you come and visit. Ibiza is hilly and has sandy Calas and rocks and the most beautiful beaches and sandy shores of the Mediterranean.

Although there are plenty of hotels on Ibiza and more recently a few more four and five star hotels have sprung up. I recently stayed in a three star apartment hotel in Cala LLonga, El Pinar and I was very impressed with how clean and well kept the place was. If there are a few in your party one of the best ways to get the most out of your Ibiza holiday is to rent a car.

Ibiza weather is superb, with over 300 days of sunshine per year. However if you arrive in May-June and September-October you’ll find the weather is still good and you won’t have to deal with crowds of drunken holidaymakers. The weather or more unpredictable can be nice through November.

San Antonio on the west coast of Ibiza is a great place to come on holiday ” this beautiful bay with its lovely beaches, spectacular sunsets and Mediterranean sunshine is very attractive. San An tends to be spoiled by the English in football shirts. There are plenty of English bars and greasy spoon cafes to help the English feel like they never left home. You can spot the English as they trudge around too hot and red with sunburn.

Ibiza is not only the best party getaway in Europe but also an extraordinary holiday destination to enjoy one of the best times of your life. I would recommend the island to anyone

US Visas For Traders And Businessmen

Millions and millions of people dream of moving to America and starting up a new life in the states. However, getting in is no easy feat, especially if you are from a country that has lots of people with the same desire. There is a waiting list for American citizenship that is estimated will not be clear for a decade! Even if you have an employee visa there is no guarantee that you can stay once the term stated in your visa is up.

But there is a solution ” if you are a businessman or a trader, and if you already have a business that is doing well in your country, you have a great chance to apply and get accepted for permanent US resident visas. There is a long list of countries with which the USA has a bilateral trade agreement, and citizens of all those countries can apply for the E1 and E2 visas.

The E1 visa can be granted to traders who are originally from a country that is involved in the long-standing trade agreement with the USA and who are looking to set up a genuine and honest trading model between their country of origin and America. There is no maximum stay with these visas, they can be renewed as many times as the holder likes provided their business is still operational.

The E2 visa is an investor visa for people who wish to invest in a US business. The investment must provide employment for at least ten American citizens and the minimum amount you must invest to qualify for this visa is usually $1,000,000, however it does vary from state to state and in some, a $500,000 investment is enough grounds for you to qualify for the E2 visa.

The good thing about both these visas is that they can also be granted to the family of the traders and investors without any conditions. If you are eligible for these, try applying!

The Las Vegas Shows

My all time favorite show is Cirque du Soleil’s Mystere. It takes place during one of your most bizarre and wonderful dreams.

It begins with some classic entertainment. Two clowns come out and play tricks on each other before the audience. The show starts off with a very light hearted note and helps to pass the time and while the audience is being seated, and if either of these jokers tries to direct you to your seat, hold on your tickets or it may remember where you are actually seated for they will take you on a wild goose chase.

The real magic and the show starts. The music so beautiful and haunting that you will be absolutely mesmerized, and there are acrobats and bicyclists also. There is always something to see, which would be interesting and no matter in which direction you look. You can also see athletic skill unlike anything you have ever experienced and the sets and costumes are breath-taking and beautiful.

The whole thing does seem like some dream or it would like you have just stepped into the mind of Salvadore Dali. While there are graceful ballerinas and gigantic Snails, with their dashing heroes and total buffoons. The half time you will be mesmerized and the other half time you will be laughing at yourself, as the clowns present there distract you from the ever changing scene changes that happen right in front of your eyes.

Make this one of your first. If you have never seen a Cirque du Soleil show before. If you have seen the others, this one is still worth going to. It is not the Beatlemania of Love but instead it seems to be the perfect cameo of what a Cirque show men. I love this show because, it is still a big production, and has a wonderful sense. It is like that if you are being privy to a private show into a magical world.

The Cirque show is one of the most appropriate, and if you are bringing your children, they will enjoy it. It’s with the mystical quality is one of the and that will enchant them and till now is definitely as a “kids show.” The performances and the experience are all of top quality which can be definitely be appreciated by all aged people..

Dine at a Fancy Restaurant Economically

October 7, 2009 by Amy Nutt

In this current troubled economic period, many people have had to trim their budgets to make ends meet. Many people think that eating at fancy restaurants is one activity they have to eliminate from their budget. Fortunately, there are things you can do to greatly reduce your restaurant bill if you dine at a fancy restaurant.

1. The most expensive time to eat at a fancy restaurant is during the evening. To get a much cheaper meal, have lunch at an expensive restaurant. Most restaurants offer scaled down meals at lunch time at a much cheaper price. It is important to find out when the lunch hours end and dinner hours begin so you don’t end up paying for a dinner meal.

2. Many fancy restaurants will offer special promotions in the newspaper where they will provide a coupon for a discount on a dinner. Make sure you check the local newspaper to see if there are any special discounts being offered by a fancy restaurant.

3. Some fancy restaurants will offer a type of “happy hour” such as between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. During this time they will offer inexpensive items from their regular menu. This type of promotion may be offered in a lounge area.

4. Many fancy restaurants will offer brunch on certain days such as Sunday. They may have a buffet or special discounts on meals. These meals are usually much cheaper than their standard dinner meals. Don’t forget about cheap breakfast and brunch menus on during the off-season.

5. Fancy restaurants will have delicious appetizers. You can orders several different appetizers and share them with a friend or spouse.

6. Share the entree with the person you are dining with. Entrees can often be such dishes as a platter of different types of food such as seafood.

7. Considering drinking water instead of soda or alcohol. These beverages are expensive so drinking only water will cut down on the price of the meal. You can squeeze a little lemon in it for flavor.

8. If it is possible, order and eat an appetizer before you place your order. You will then be somewhat full and will be less likely to order more food than you need.

9. Desserts at a fancy restaurant can be very expensive. You can cut down on your dining bill if you cut out the desserts.

10. A great way to make the most out of an expensive meal is to take leftovers home. If you have enough food, you will have a meal at home the next day. Consider this option when reviewing the menu.

11. Eat a snack before you go to the restaurant. Such food as carrot or apple pieces will satisfy some hunger so you won’t over order. Consider it an appetizer.

Eating at a fancy restaurant does not have to blow your monthly budget. Just practice a couple of cost cutting tips and you can have a great meal at a great price.

Farm and Art Market at Arkansas City

I love shopping at Farmers Markets where the produces are fresh and the fruits and vegetables are in season. Farmers markets are places where you can buy your goods at extremely lower prices, totaling to almost 50% mark down compared to grocery and shopping mall prices. Going to farmers markets also gives me a keen sense of consumerism pride as I am able to get the best commodities at relatively lower price.

For those of you who are not aware, farmers markets are bazaars that are usually set up at open areas. They are usually open every weekend on the morning, so the goods are guaranteed as fresh and ripe. Customers flock farmers market to meet and greet with their favorite farmers and engage in the shopping experience. Being at the farmers market is like being on an authentic Palenque , consumers are engaged in endless battle of haggling over great looking and tasting items.

Arkansas is one of the many states that hold Farm and Art market. It surely is a picturesque mixture of fruits, vegetables and arts. Thinking about it arts and market products have nothing to offer in common, all I know is that it’ll be fun to witness this kind of event. Local Artists are present during the fete; they will lighten the busy event. Artists are also given the chance to showcase their art products. It is a abundant and artistic celebration.

Paintings on oil and acrylics will be put up for sale this weekend. There will also be an interesting on the spot face charcoal painting for the spectators and shoppers who would love to see their portrait on canvas. Artists will be more than welcome to commission your artworks for you.

Come to the Farm and Art Market at Arkansas this weekend! Bring your trusted comrades and dearest friends!
